The role Due to an internal move, we’re looking for a mid-level Civil Design Engineer with 4–8 years’ experience in the design of civil works for buildings. This isn’t a role where you’ll sit in the corner drawing details. You’ll have the chance to manage your own projects and clients, sharpen your design skills, and contribute across a broad mix of developments. Expect variety: you might be running 10–20 projects at a time, balancing smaller, fast-paced jobs with larger, more complex work. And while you’ll have autonomy, you’ll also have support. What you’ll bring 3–8 years’ Melbourne-based civil design experience (brownfield highly regarded) Hands-on Civil3D skills and site knowledge The confidence to manage projects, clients and consultants directly Flexibility to adapt to shifting scopes and competing priorities A collaborative, easy-to-work-with approach - integrity and people skills matter here as much as technical ability What’s in it for you This role is ideal if you’re confident in your skills but still hungry to grow.
